Shipping Policy
We process all orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days to most UK addresses.
During peak periods or due to customs delays, delivery may take up to 21 business days in rare cases. We appreciate your patience — every order is worth the wait.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
We currently offer free shipping on all orders as part of our ongoing promotion. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at viniagschrot@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
We accept returns for the following reasons:

To start a return, email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 24 business hours with next steps.
Please note: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless the item is defective.
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items: In most cases, we will not ask you to return the item — we'll simply send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. Just send us the photo evidence and we'll sort it.
